What this package involves: 1 x 60 minute Initial Consultation 2 x 45 minute Follow-Up Consultations Prior to the consultation, I will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary, so I am able to get a thorough understanding of your health concerns, goals, and requirements. The initial consultation will last around 60 minutes, where I take a thorough case history, looking at all your systems in the body using the functional medicine framework, and complete a dietary analysis. What's included: -Health questionnaire + food diary analysis⁠ -Pre-consultation research⁠ -Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan⁠ -Supplement recommendations⁠ and discount on the Natural Dispensary -Recipe ideas if necessary -Informational handouts⁠ -GP referral letters for NHS tests if necessary⁠ -I may recommend testing, which will be either through GP or a testing company. -Functional medicine testing is an additional cost Follow-up appointments:- The follow-up appointments take place around 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation. Here we will monitor your progress, and address any concerns you may have. If tests have been undergone they will be reviewed, and between us, we can develop new goals. You will then receive updated information, and additional resources that will help you with your journey. -Updated plan and additional resources -Updated supplement recommendations⁠. -Recipes and meal ideas⁠ -Informational handouts⁠ This is an individual process and I may suggest further appointments if necessary.
