My focus on gut health and women’s wellbeing comes from my own health journey. I’ve experienced firsthand how improving my diet to meet my individual needs, making supportive lifestyle changes, and using the right supplements can make a real difference — not only to symptoms, but to overall health and wellbeing.
For years, I struggled with debilitating period pain, PMS, and IBS. Despite seeking help, I was often told these symptoms were “normal” and offered little guidance beyond medication. This experience led me to explore a more holistic, root-cause approach to women’s health — one that now shapes the way I support my clients.
