MEET REBECCA
I’m Rebecca, a Hormone and Gut Health Nutritional Therapist for busy professional women in London.
My passion for women’s health began with my own experience of navigating gut and menstrual issues while juggling a demanding lifestyle. Through nutritional therapy, I discovered how powerful a targeted, root-cause approach can be, not just for relieving symptoms but to support my health long term.
I now support women in their 30s and 40s who are struggling with menstrual and hormonal conditions, digestive issues, stress and fatigue. Using a structured, personalised approach, I help you rebalance your hormones, improve your gut health and make sustainable changes so you can take control of your long-term health.

I focus on organic, wholefood recipes and firmly believe that eating well shouldn’t be complicated, expensive or time-consuming. Most of my clients are busy women, whether they’re juggling careers, family life or both, so everything I share is designed to be realistic, achievable and supportive of a full schedule.

I offer 1:1 Nutritional Therapy and support in either Online via Zoom or IRL in Stoke Newington, Hackney.
My consultations are bespoke, and I work closely with each client to understand their goals and health concerns. Using a naturopathic framework, I aim to uncover the root causes of what's causing your hormonal or gut issues, making my advice practical, achievable, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that lifestyle practices and mindset are just as important as eating well, whether it's exercise, mindfulness, or sleep hygiene.
